The London Cruisers Basketball Club is currently seeking sponsorship for its men and women’s teams, London tournament in August 2007 and their continued participation in International tournaments.
Basketball is one of the fastest growing sports in Britain, with Sport England putting posts up in parks and playgrounds across the country. It is more widely played in the US, S America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, which is why the club has attracted so many players from different corners of the world. This multi-cultural composition of the London Cruisers, as well as the club’s high profile in the gay press and in competitions in the UK and Europe, Australia as well as Chicago and Montreal, is also a major advantage for our sponsors. We are one of the few lesbian and gay sports teams in which both the men and women are one club. We share responsibility for running the club, attend tournaments together and have mixed open training on Sundays. |

The age range of the London Cruisers is also pretty extensive. Our youngest member is 23 and the oldest is 40 (something). We would value a meeting with you to discuss ways in which you may get involved in our club.
